ListingLift ("we", "us") enhances real-estate photos. We built it to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we handle and why.
When you enhance a photo, it is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and to our AI image-processing provider (Google, via the Gemini API) solely to produce your enhanced photo, which is returned to your device. Photos are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers after your request completes. We do not use your photos to train models. Google's handling of API data is described in Google's Gemini API terms.
ListingLift does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location to use the app. Your photo credits are stored on your device.
Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your name, card, or Apple ID, and we do not receive or store your purchase history — your credit balance lives on your device.
We do not sell your data, use your photos to train models, or collect your contacts, location, or browsing history.
We'll update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be noted in the app.
