ListingLift uses AI to enhance real-estate photos (exposure, color, light and lens corrections styled after professional HDR blending). Results are generated automatically and may vary by photo.
1 credit = 1 enhanced photo. Subscriptions (Annual: 50 credits/year; Monthly: 5 credits/month) renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value and unused subscription credits do not roll over refundably; refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.
You must have the right to the photos you upload. Enhanced photos must not be used to misrepresent a property — our processing adjusts light and color; you are responsible for how images are used in listings and for compliance with MLS and advertising rules in your market.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
